"This visit in particular was horrendous. The cashier (Marissa) took over fifteen minutes with one customer she wasn't able to help with, and instead of delegating the work to her superior and continuing with the next customer in line. A line of four customers had to wait this long, then when it was my turn (last in line) a guy cut directly to her register instead of getting in line and the cashier failed to pint out there's line with another customer waiting. Worse was when I arrived at her register, she didn't even say sorry someone budged; thus making her just as rude."
